High Rise + Sandbox

Description

I think we could make a better use of the balconies of the High Rise penthouse by expanding the roof, if possible, and then having more desks available.

I don't live in that area, but I feel the sandbox on the corner of Pearkes Lane and Montgomery Place is not safe. Many people pass by biking and children are always playing there, sometimes with no parents invigilating. I'm glad there haven't been any accidents, but maybe they can build some safe obstacles and/or better signage (slow down, no bikes, etc).
